Why don't Aoii and Pi phi have a house??

I wanna do COB but I don't know who to rush, and I heard two of the sororities don't have houses. Is there a reason? Does it have an impact on their events or greek life?

The frats host the parties so no doesn’t matter I dont think

If u have a house u have to pay way more in dues and u have like 2 events there, not having a house doesn’t make a big difference

thetas been known for hazing and they have a house. Cant forget the washing machine incident... I wouldn't believe everything you hear. Also not having a house literally makes no difference, if anything its better lol

Here, sorority houses are for recruitment to lure more people in because it is marketing and makes the chapter look better. They do not have houses because the standards for sorority house is specific and london Ontario is garbage for real estate so it’s better to not have a house than to have a run down one. Only exec lives in the houses. Meetings are held on campus because chapter is too big to fit everyone in the house. In the US, pretty much the whole chapter lives in the house because they are mansions. Here, they are just regular houses. Underwhelming. Cute for photos though.
