Top: Definitely seeing aphi/agd as tops this year, they’ve got good pledge classes and have done a good job cobing (plus they have houses)
Mid: AOii is a mid to top just cause a lot of girls drop and have some horror stories and they don’t have a house BUT they are popular with frats. Piphi is also houseless and their girls are pretty hit or miss. Either good looking or total swamp monsters
Bottom: theta. nuff said.

Yeah if you want some wicked diseases piphi is the sorority for u. They have some girls so ran thru not even the jacks crowd would pipe, literal dumpsters. Far cry from the preppy pi phi of two years ago. Whoever’s running the show over there really dropped the ball
