Actual frat differences

It feels like this site mostly exists so frats can make their pledges 5 star themselves, and 1 star everyone else.
Can anyone here tell me what the actual differences between the frats are? They all seem to be some generic version of "does some charity work and throws ragers".
Maybe it's just me being too old to join a frat so I'm out of the loop, but I'm genuinely interested in the subculture.

This is completely unbias, don’t care what anyone says:
Pike- Not a lot of known guys and don’t really do much philanthropy. Their srat relations aren’t the greatest but every now and then they’ll throw a good mixer. They just need to branch out more and not be so secluded.
Lxa- Used to be the top frat but after older members graduating and no pledge class this winter they are going downhill. They do throw ragers cant lie and many srats do like them.
Fiji- I find every fiji to be weird and unknown but they are extremely involved in philanthropy. Definitely don’t host any good parties but some of the guys are nice. They need to change their image because it’s definitely not appealing to srats.
Sigs- The typical frat. You either like them or you don’t. Srats love them and they are slightly involved.
Ksigs- A joke honestly not even a real frat
Du- Unknown and irrelevant
Zeta- Bunch of creeps. Stay away.

1. Frat/srat connections mean a lot in the Greek community which is why frats with no sorority relations don’t have much to offer.
2. Ksig doesn’t really associate with anyone mostly because no one takes them serious. They’re new and have a lot to learn but I genuinely don’t know if they’ll ever be able to rebrand and be seen as a real frat. Du is irrelevant but they have been around for a while, but ksig on the other hand is just a joke
What makes a good frat is whether or not they have a good amount of relevant members, srat connections, philanthropy participation, and no scandals (unlike alpha zeta psi)

Where I’d agree to a majority of your statement and I’ll admit it’s well thought out call me a white knight but after getting to know some of the new ksig guys I think they could be called a frat? They’ve been getting recognition from sororitys

Thanks for that, I appreciate it. I have a couple of follow-up questions if you don't mind.
1: it seems like interaction with sororities plays a big factor in how a frat is perceived. Is this just for the obvious reason or is there more to it?
2: what makes ksig "not a real frat"? Is it something different than irrelevance like DU?
I guess this might lead to the larger question of "what makes a frat a frat" but I understand if you don't feel like going over that for me lol
