Are there often internal conflicts?

Asking for some perspective. Is it quite often that internal conflicts are found within greek life? Whether that be in Frats or Sororitys.

The dynamic of us vs them, old vs new, often come into play and I’m just wondering if it varies from chapter to chapter or if it is a common occurrence that separation is so relevant
