Mixers. Why Tuesdays?

I don’t know if I’m the only one that hasn’t had it explained to them but why the f are mixers on tuesday. Wednesdays are usually a busy day for people. Tuesdays are usually empty, and Friday, we’ll Friday is a time no one gets anything done. So can someone explain why we thought it was smart to hold mixers on tuesday

Monday dollar beers. Wednesday dollar beers/wine wed. Thursday was for frog and Friday for belfort. Saturday pro and Sunday mblooms. Only day open
