Mid year 2020 Unbiased Greek Ranks

Frats:

Top Tier:

1. LXA:
-The fourth year guys have the most current clout in the scene
-Have the most social involvement out of any frat
- Have some big egos, but a lot of well rounded guys
- attract the hot party girls
-Some guys are causing too much drama

2. Sigs
-Haven't had too much involvement this semester
-Their old clout is still holding them at the top
-The new house is really sick and has loads of potential
-Still the preferred breeding ground of the hot inner-city ladies
-Had a solid pledge class

Mid Tier:

3. Pike:
-The older guys have continued to stay strong, despite the cuffing
-Have had a lot of decent events this year
-Had a better pledge class then normal
-Have some of the biggest names in the scene
-Still suffering from the blanket bids, however

4. Fiji:
-Continue to be on the decline due to scandals
-Are having trouble adapting to the new culture of the greek scene
-Still mid-tier due to the high-standard they uphold themselves to, coupled with the handful of solid lads they still have.
-Will take a long time before they can be top again and if they continue in the same direction they will be bottom tier soon

bottom:
5. Zeta:
-Have some third year beauties that carry them
-Have caused way too much unjustified drama
-Have been black sheeped a lot
-Had a decent pledge class
-Not much has really changed since September

6.
DU:
-Still haven't heard much from them
-Still on the decline
-Not too many key players in the greek scene
-Have outcasted themselves a lot
-Still alive due to their relic house and strong alumni base

7.
Ksig:
-Worth mentioning due to their fast improvement and solid house.
-Still a bunch of misfits and nerds
-Anyone can get into it if they pay the money
-Have a weak pledging process, too many people slipping through the cracks
-They just don't get it quite yet

Irrelevent Tier: Every Other Frat

Sororities:
Completely Subjective due to formal recruitment, but they still all of pros and cons

Aphi:
-have had some serious scandals this semester
-Have become a lot of more "socially responsible" this semester
-Lost a lot of key names that shifted the culture
-Had a decent pledge class
-Need to come out of hiding more

Aopi:
-Have been killing it socially
-Have a top tier pledge class
-The younger girls have really stepped it up, in terms of looks and clout
-Most of the older girls have kind of died out a bit
-Some older girls need to swallow their pride and diversify more

Theta:
-Most improved this semester
-Active alum involvement has restored their social status
-Uphold themselves to a higher standard
-Probably the Best pledge class
-Still have room for improvement socially

AGD:
-are very well rounded
-have a lot of cute classy ladies, but not too many stand outs
-Have some good potential, but will take a long time for them to be top again
-Some girls need to swallow their pride a lot and be more down to earth
-very mediocre pledge class

Pi Phi:
-Certain girls continue to dominate socially
-Still are the most Cliquey and Superficial
-Need to be more down to earth and open-minded
-Have some gorgeous girls that should involve themselves more
-Need to try harder to be apart of the greek scene more
