Frats:
Top tier:
Sigs- Have the most clout, Have great parties, Not at their prime currently, but still have a quality group of lads
Lxa- Have the best Parties, Have a very large quality chapter, Losing a lot of key players, Gunna be interesting how they look next year
Mid tier:
Fiji: Have the best academics and are the frat your parents would be proud your in. Have some decent guys, but the scandals have tarnished their rep and will take a few years to regain top.
Pike- Have one of the better houses, Have a handful of beauties, but the vast majority of their chapter is blanket bids due to their low active count going into the 2019 year....
Bottom Tier:
Zeta: Used to be mid tier, but now consists of too many sketchy odd characters, they still have some solid lads, but definitely hit rock bottom last year after the loss of their 97’s...
Du: Have some decent lads, but definitely the least relevant of the IFC frats. You don’t hear too much about them tbh.
Irrelevant tier:
Every other frat
Sororities:
Completely subjective due to formal recruitment, but they all have pros and cons
Aphi:
-Very well rounded sorority
-Have the most consistent decent looking girls
-Some girls can party, Some cannot
-Most girls are friendly, some are a bit pretentious
Aopi:
-Without a doubt the best partiers
-Their top 20% would be the best in terms of looks, but the other 80% probably the worste
-girls are the most for the boys
-some girls Need to shift their morals...
Theta:
-Some of the nicest girls you’ll meet
-The “girlfriend” sorority
-one of the best traditional sororities
-A handful can party, but a lot seem to have their attention focused elsewhere
-have some quality looks and notable members, but a lot of girls off the grid of the Greek scene
AGD:
-Have a lot of very friendly girls
-Some really know how to party, some don’t
-Had a decent 2109-2020 PC, but a lot of the older members aren’t as good as they used to be
-Pretty well rounded and have a lot of different characters
-Don’t have to many stand out girls in terms of looks, but a good amount of above average girls
Pi Phi:
-A lot of good looking girls, but the majority of their chapter is unheard of.
-probably the most separated sorority due to them not pitching for mixers
-They seem to know how to party quite well, but some of the girls seem out of place at mixers
-Have girls who are a bit pretentious, but do have some friendly ones.

The frats seem pretty accurate.
Sigs lost a lot of big guys and they won't be what they were a few years ago, but definitely still a top frat.
LXA is losing their most popular guys, but they're good enough to be a top frat at least for this year.
FIJI's old guys are good, but the new pledge classes are horrible. They're up there for now but not long.
PIKE is like FIJI - the old guys are good, but the majority of the chapter is irrelevant.
DU's new pledge classes were great but also really small. On the rise but still mid-tier cause of the creepy old guys holding them back.
Zeta's lost all their popular guys now, and they're on the verge of collapse from what I've heard. But their rep still keeps them mid-tier.
These 6 are the social frats. Join any one of these. Any other frat is irrelevant.

agree with OP that sorority rankings are very subjective
since there are only 5 at western i think there isn't a very significant tier system for them. each have their good and bads and frat guys will have very different opinions on them based on who they are friends with in the sororities.

@tbh this is true, each srat has flaws and good qualities, based on who you ask literally any sorority could be in diff positions. It’s not in groups of top mid and bottom like frats bc of formal recruitment and 5 houses vs like 12 frats

Based on everything considered for a mid-tier sorority, Pi Phi definitely is moving up.

The bullying, slander, and defamation against the innocent and handsome Brad Assaly needs to end. Just because no curry cuck could creampie Izzy in the whirlpool at luxe apart from Ali does not mean a witch hunt against brad needs to occur solely because he leaked the CURRYtheory.

Most accurate for sororities, everything considered. Although Aphi is questionable here and on GR as a TOP sorority. Ever since their national wanted to upgrade all the chapters by only for looks/hotness. Now APhi is notorious with a lot of viral undesirable members. Not the cream of the crop.

This is is based off of my perception as a frat boy that’s been around for 3 years and a generalization, however looks/hotness is probably the most sought after variable, in such a pretentious and superficial scene.
