For frats: fun/good looking guys, name recognition on campus, hosts popular and successful philanthropy events, has a good house, hottest girls come out to their parties and formals, consistent good events and weekly mixers, close brotherhood

The rest
For sororitys: gets the most amount of girls they wanted during recruitment, more girls are good looking or at least chill/fun than not, hosts popular and successful philanthropy events or wins them consistently, good attendance at frat events, less scandals/“risky” reputations, close sisterhood

Theta/APhi
AGD/Pi Phi
AOII
All 5 sororities are good choices (AOII much less involved outside of parties however) but for frats you want to be in DU or higher to fully feel the Greek experience
