zeta psi or pike

Zeta is falling and pike is rising in my opinion. Zeta has lost all their good social guys now and their house is falling apart, pike repaired their house and has been having better mixers and social relations but still lost a lot of popular guys this year who graduated. Their fall pledge classes will probably be the deciding factor

Zeta and Pike at the moment are pretty similar, it's hard to really say who's better because they seem to excel equally at the same things.

Sorority girls seems to either really love or really don't care about both of these frats, it always depends who you ask. If you were to ask AoPi or Theta which they like more they would likely say Pike. But Aphi and Pi Phi would defs say Zeta. AGD has always been close with Pike but now they seem to be really liking Zeta too so it's hard to say for them.

Pike has a better philanthropy than Zeta because it's been around longer and has better turnout. But neither are as good as Derby Days or Fashion Show.

Both frats have open parties and mixers, Zeta has their annual St. Pattys party which is always pretty huge, as well as pretty good rush parties in September. But Pike seems to have better mixers as they always do foam-themed, paint party and beer Olympics parties with the sororitys and are good at maintaining relations with the sororitys they're close with.

Both houses are also losing great grads this year meaning a lot of stand-out guys who have done a lot for their chapters reputations are gone now. So I'd wait and see because it'll be clear who's better next year.

I heard from older girls in my chapter that Zeta used to have some of the best mixers, and way cuter guys than they have now. They seem to have fallen a bit tbh

Pike in terms of looks hahah

Zeta is slipping very hard and is only really close with agd and the less popular aphi’s at this point.

Meanwhile pike has had more mixers with all the sororities lately and has gotten very close to theta with the new dream girl and kite king

Both are pretty irrelevant compared to sigs / lxa / fiji tho. Zeta and pike tend to attract the girls who don’t get attention from the top three

pike has a new and improved house, makes an effort to make good relations with all sororities and although they’ve lost more popular guys they are consistent with fun mixers and a decent philanthropy compared to zeta’s which was basically thrown together in a week.

zeta has been falling for years as any older sorority girl can tell you. all the important guys are leaving and half of them were creeps anyway. the house is falling apart and i can’t even see them being able to pull off rocktober again.

both have a ways to go but i think pike has better relations and zeta has better open parties. pike guys are nicer and more normal imo
