how much does uwo regulate greek life.

Of course theres the IFC and Panhel but how much oversight is there from western? Like can greek orgs basically do whatever they want. Also the only mention of greek life i've seen on an western site was for scholarships so how much does western even acknowledge our existence. Like we have no Dean of greek life or anything.

There's almost 0 oversight. They did pass a new rule where they could punish you for being in unsanctioned events that are associated with the school, but I don't think those can cover frat events at all. Defs no dean of greek life.

The new rule technically does apply to frat events, but they only made the rule because of HOCO parties. Very low chance they'll ever get involved in Greek life

Western is literally the wild west, American Schools have lots of oversight having their houses on campus and actual greek departments within their schools with "greek life advisors"

We have an international headquarters that can punish us but thats about it, these chapters are self funded and non-affiliated with the university as a whole, the university doesnt take credit for any of the good we do but also gets to wash their hands clean of any potential liabilities
