greek life survey

I'm currently writing a paper on the Greek system in Canada. I created a survey to find out how students feel about the Greek system as well as collect statistics. This survey should take no longer than two minutes to complete and would really help me get a feel for the vibes at Western. Regardless of if you are involved in the Greek community, everyone is welcome to participate in the survey and there are questions that are geared towards Greeks and non-Greeks alike.
