zeta psi tries way too hard

I feel like Zeta Psi has started trying way too hard. Have they actually gotten bigger or better in any way or are they still the same dusters?

id say posting their recruitment video so much was pushing it a little but they definitely got a good turn out from that, rocktober was also fun

at least they're actually TRYING unlike a lot of the other frats who are just riding the hype of previous years

I feel like they have a good core they COULD build from, but they're not. Their pledge classes have been consistently terrible, and a lot of their more popular guys are graduating soon.

As a sorority girl I think their direction next year could be interesting because their more well known/popular guys are all graduating so current new members have pretty big shoes to fill. So it really depends on whether they can live up to the rep the older guys have built. However imo although the pledge class is big not that many guys actually stand out. (As of right now at least)

I'm not a Zete but my fraternity is going to be in a similar position 2 years from now when all of our own current popular guys are gone.

What can I do now to begin filling into (and growing) their shoes?
