what's a generic description for every fraternity?

I'm not asking for a ranking (though you can do that if you want I guess), I'm more looking for a description of the general perceptions/vibes of each fraternity.
Like for example, something like "XYZ is known for being athletic and wealthy but they sometimes give off the impression that they're a bunch of douches - they're still a blast to hang out with" or "ABC is a stoner frat that gets good grades but generally has squids, they're chill guys but their mixer game could use a boost". Something like that for every fraternity please.

sigs - your typical TFM kinda guys, have great parties and pres
fiji - "nice guys", less fratty, more intellectual and philanthropy focused
lxa - your stereotypical frat guys, great mixers
pike - fun but kinda average guys, more diverse
zeta - super chill, lesser known but honestly have really fun parties

Ahh okay, thank you for the reviews on each fraternity! I appreciate all of you guys for sharing your views on every fraternity in such a nice and positive way.
I can't wait until our kids are coming here to our then well established tradition filled Greek scene

du - lot of open parties, doesn't have as great relations with sororities. has potential
phi delt- on the rise, similar to Fiji but not known for partying as much
