agd: very involved, good sisterhood but keeps to themselves, preppy, cute
pi phi: a little on the cliquey / image obsessed side but overall fun and chill
a phi: a few 'dumb blondes' but mostly smart, very sweet, more girly
theta: classy, wealthy, pretty, a few big partiers in the mix but not as many
aoii: fun, less involved, some insta famous girls, others are more low-key

sigs: big partiers, 'TFM'-y, less classy but popular and have a strong brotherhood
lxa: same as above, but they just have a different vibe from sigs. idk how to describe
fiji: very involved, more drama (internal & external), good parties and events
zeta: lowkey but close knit, up and coming and a lot of fun. good relationship with lxa
pike: good guys and fun parties, just on a smaller scale than the rest
if they're not mentioned they're not relevant enough^

Well Sigs and Fiji have been huge on campus for a very long time and I don’t see that changing anytime soon so I doubt any house not mentioned would become top over them. The others are DU, Phi Delt and K Sig and it just depends if they get better pledge classes, get more involved, and associate with a wide range of sorority girls more and just generally improve their reputations
