Kappa Alpha Theta - ΚΑΘ Sorority at University of Western Ontario - UWO 1.6 i went through recruitment this year and felt extremely uncomfortable here. i was being passed around and non of the girls seemed to be genuinely interested in talking to me.

Kappa Alpha Theta - ΚΑΘ Sorority at University of Western Ontario - UWO 2.6 A lot of the comments here on GreekRank are either falsely positive or negative - that is, it's very clear that the top ranked comments are fake, and the worst comments are out of pettiness. Hence, I wanted to give my honest opinions on all the sororities. I just rushed this past week for all the houses, however I decided not to accept my bid. Not because I didn't love the letters I was given, but because I saw a much meaner and superficial side of Greek life that i did not want to be apart of. Theta was a hit or miss connection during recruitment. People either loved them right away, or they were the first to go. My first thoughts seeing the sisters was that they severely lacked diversity. I'm not a person of colour, but I can't imagine how uncomfortable I would have been if I were. The girls themselves were nice enough, but they honestly seemed uptight, and often spoke like they were better than others. That being said, clearly your pledges this year aren't the most diverse either, but hopefully in future years this will change. Take care.

Theta has an incredibly diverse pledge class compared to any other year, and for that they are truly proud. Sadly it is hard for someone who did not accept their bid to truly see this from the outside, and it is equally as sad that you feel the need to post such hate and false negativity on the internet. Gladly women who are level-headed enough to pick a sorority based on their values without needing extra help from the internet will be smarter than to believe anything they read on this site.

^^^ someone who didn't accept their bid (or maybe just didn't get one and is bitter...) can't judge, this girl honestly doesn't know what goes on inside greek life, yet she judges it like she's an expert. i was waiting for someone to speak up

Kappa Alpha Theta - ΚΑΘ Sorority at University of Western Ontario - UWO 4.4 These girls just seem very driven and focused on their goals! They really are in a sorority for the right reasons and using their chapter connections to advance their careers, which is why people should be going to university, not just to party and hangout with frat guys.
