A couple years ago Theta was one of THE houses on campus and I still think there's a lot of great, sweet and hot girls there. Even at the beginning of this school year just a month ago you were ranked third on this site. It's very telling that you slipped quickly to last after recruitment and got overtaken by Pi Phi and AOPi which both had issues in the past but are now more reputable. It just shows that something isn't right in your house and people can tell however I hope this is fixable. Airbands is coming up, hope you ladies can prove yourselves to be more involved with better sisterhood before the year ends
