I originally overlooked them during rush because I knew I wanted to be in my friends sorority and I let negative rumors about theta get in my head. I got another bid from a different house but didn't end up initiating, that house wasn't what it seemed. now I'm finally getting to know more theta's and I'm realizing they're so nice and actually the most friendly genuine girls. I wonder if my chance at joining is too late now :(

This fraternity is definitely among the top tier with LXA and Sigma Chi. They throw a good party every now and then, but also are pretty keen on school. Their house could be better, but I'm guessing that they're working on re-buying a house since they're still not that many years past their re-opening or chartering. The guys almost always come off as friendly, are fun to hang around with, and are actively involved in campus events like Relay for Life. I would definitely check them out if you ever end up rushing a fraternity.

Always a good time with these degenerates. They're (mostly) super respectful to sisters and others, and have had everyones back. Always welcoming to others with open arms. And can't say they're hard on the eyes ;) Only wish you would get a damn sweetheart position boys
