Sigma Chi - one of the two top houses. Most attractive guys. Most fun. Close brotherhood. Party hardest. Hangs out with a phi a lot but it makes sense cause they're the most fun sorority.
SAE- other top house. Classier nicer frattier version of ΣΧ. Also hangs out with alpha phi the most.
Sigma Nu - nice guys. Getting better. Kinda like the country guys. Throw decent parties. Hangs out with theta a lot.
That's all that matters to be quite honest

SAE - Top house right now, classy and good guys but house isn't that big for parties.
Sigma Chi - Number 2, since they have been on probation. Huge house made for party's, less class and much dirtier then SAE and KSIG
KSig - After getting a new house they have made a great appearance into the Greek scene
