These are dope girls and I like to hang w them. No drama and just chillers. I don’t know em all but the ones I do I like a lot. They make me happy to be around.

SAE is the best house making a comeback. They redid a lot of their house and the guys are chill. I love that house.

As a former Kappa, I can say that most Kappas who join struggle to find reasons to stay. The women have poor communication skills with one another, never give each other the benefit of the doubt, have cliques who rarely associate with one another, struggle with mental health, and pass down to their new members: stories of gossip, drama, and negativity. There are no uplifting or inspiring messages that are shared. No comradery. The retention rate is low. And in these last few semesters Kappa has failed to keep its members once they learn about the true nature of the house. Their diversity is diminishing. They consistently are ranked lowest (or second lowest) in overall GPA. Their relationship with other houses is almost non existent (only a select few have friends in other sororities/fraternities ). I admire Kappa for what it represents as a national organization, but this chapter at UM needs to take time to reflect on the quality of their home, relationships, and each individual's wellbeing. PS: If you are someone who struggles with mental health then I highly, highly, highly recommend you look for support elsewhere. Unfortunately, this house will more likely feed negativity.

Good luck trying to stay relevant this semester. I’m excited to see what kind of leftover scraps they get as members.

I don’t know how Kappa even has above a 70% rating on here. They are bottom house and probably will get about 3 members this semester Lol

Aphi sucks. There’s not really much more to say since they don’t have anything going for them anymore

Probably the worst house on campus. Good to join if you’re awkward, have no morals, and want a guaranteed hookup at SNU.

Kappas loves to brag about how close and amazing their sisterhood is and how diverse and inclusive they are, but it's all a lie. These are the most two-faced, meanest, and toxic girls out there. Constant drama (petty or not) lives in the house and the cliques are bad. If you aren't in a popular clique, you're an outcast and forgotten about in the house. Steer clear of this house. (Kappa isn't known for anything on campus besides being the bottom house, so ignore that is says "known for being smart")

Kappa is full of such sweet and involved women. I haven’t met a Kappa that wasn’t passionate about their organization. And the house is beautiful!
