Zeta Tau Alpha - ΖΤΑ Sorority at Union University - UU 1.7 A few are kind. Overall, very catty and seem kind of desperate to beat the Chi O ladies. The rapport between XO and KD seems great. ZTA doesn’t seem friendly to anyone (even their own girls sometimes).

Zeta Tau Alpha - ΖΤΑ Sorority at Union University - UU 3.5 Zetas are polite, polished, and involved, but they can also be incredibly cliquey if you pass/hang out with a group of them. I've been told they seemed scripted during rush.

Zeta Tau Alpha - ΖΤΑ Sorority at Union University - UU 2.2 There are a few exceptions, but other than a few nice girls, everyone in this chapter seems to hate each other. There is no shortage of drama. They constantly talk badly about one another and they aren’t friendly when they see each other. The only thing they have going for them is having a reputation of being pretty, but they really are not any more attractive than the other sororities. There are a few good ones, and the rest are not kind to each other.

Zeta Tau Alpha - ΖΤΑ Sorority at Union University - UU 2.7 While being a student at Union, I witnessed members of ZTA be extremely fake to new students, and other students alike. They would act one way to their face, and say opposite things behind their backs. They would also lie throughout the recruitment process to potential members, saying things like they had won V Show and Greek Olympics for the last x number of years, when it was totally false. They favor "pretty" girls, not good grades or sincerity, hence why they're often pretty, but don't always make the best grades or win all the campus competitions. They steal moves and ideas from Kappa Delta's and Chi Omega's variety shows and marketing materials. Many of them are hypocritical and live very different lives behind the scenes. They come off as if they are a "Bible study group," and that they value Christian ideals, but a majority of them do not act like it. I literally heard a ZTA member say that they PLAN to "cry and pray with" the potential members on Preference Night of Recruitment week in order to sway and pressure them to feel like God is leading them to ZTA, but it's all a total act. One of my best friends joined ZTA later in college, and she hated it and didn't choose to be very involved because she witnessed so many mean and awful things that they did – showing favoritism in meetings, hearing other members call certain ZTA sisters "the uglies," and more... I feel sad for the girls who join ZTA because they miss out on true sisterhood, healthy competition, and, most importantly, motivation to earn good grades and focus on personal development, which is why anyone should go to college in the first place! Don't be deceived by their pretty exterior – their insides don't match.

Zeta Tau Alpha - ΖΤΑ Sorority at Union University - UU 2.2 Hard to give a tier due to the fact there are only 3 sororities on this campus. All in all the biggest group of snobs I've ever seen. Hard to give a tier due to the fact there are only 3 sororities on this campus. All in all the biggest group of snobs I've ever seen.
