different for sec rush?

Alrighty I got my early admission and could not be more thrilled. I fell in love with the school 2 years ago when visiting a friend's sister. She was GDI and perfectly happy but thats not me. I am the first out of my family not to go to an SEC school, way too big and rush is cut throat. Also I don't care much for football. My question is how does rush compare to those types of schools? I'm brunette, VP of student body and on varsity equestrian team. What I want to know is how does rush compare to those giant southern state schools? Also what houses tend to have more sporty and fun/social girls?

I am not a try hard. I tried very hard in HS to get into the school I fell in love with the second I stepped foot on campus when I was a sophomore.

W&l is a small school and rush lasts an entire semester. Unlike some SEC schools, there is more to rush than just simply being attractive and dressing nicely. Try less and just don't ruin your reputation. You will do fine.

Thank you!!! The smallness and community vibe is what I find so attractive. I'm a pretty laid back person, just excited. I love the idea that rushing won't feel like a fake beauty pageant!

Ignore them! You will be totally fine! Rush here is much more about getting to know you and is a much more relaxed but very LONG version of SEC rush.
