Why did Sig Ep close down? Was it low numbers or behavior-related? Who gets the house now?

Sig Ep got its charter pulled 7-8 years ago for alcohol and totally ignoring the national office. They tried to Reuters 3-4 years ago and no one wanted to join.
The original group wasn't bad.

Sigep is recolonizing now at Tech. Perhaps the smaller schools nearby will get attention too.
