TOP
Kappa, KD -- Kappa just a step above. If KD didn't mess up rush they might've been able to knock Kappa off top.
MIDDLE
Theta, ADPi -- Theta definitely ahead here. Not hot/fun enough as a whole to compete with Kappa or KD but still a really good group. ADPi didn't do as well as last year but still managed to get some cool girls.
BOTTOM
Chi O, Pi Phi -- Chi O way ahead, obviously. Got a handful of cute and fun girls this year but that doesn't quite make up for the rest of the sorority. It'll be interesting to see how they rush next year. Pi Phi is Pi Phi.

Look at chi-o, then look at adpi.... Chi-o is full or the ~bookish~ type, while adpi has hot girls who know how to have a good time. Chi o is way far below adpi, and there is still a difference between adpi and theta

I would go so far as to say there are really only two tiers: kappa, kd, & theta on top and then the rest on the bottom. adpi has more in common with chi o and pi phi than it does with theta, and theta has improved a lot with the last few pc's to the point where it is the equal of kappa and kd.
