if you think they're improving rapidly you're right because the seniors suck, the juniors are lame, and the sophomores are ok. The pledges are better, but they gave out way too many bids so they have half chill kids and half "Are you kidding me?" Will never get to be a top frat, but keep trying.

A) Phi Delt also has hot breakfast
B) Breakfast is a terrible reason to join a fraternity
C) You're trying too hard with the "daddy donation" thing. Sounds like you'll fit right in.
D) They gave out significantly more than 34 bids last year, I know that because I can name over four kids in my pledge class alone who had phi psi bids and obviously turned them down. They are lying to you, just like that time they told you that email was a hoax.
