spring rush

Do any fraternities give out bids in the spring as in a "spring rush"? What fraternities do this, how many bids will they give out, how does pledgeship work in that situation, etc...?

Yes, multiple (basically don't worry about it), dunno, apparently it's easier but you don't get to pledge with most of your class which sucks
