fraternity houses

I understand most, if not all, of the fraternities at W&L have big, nice houses, but which fraternity has the overall best one?

SAE's house is really nice....but SAE is gone

I think Phi Psi has the most square footage. Pike has the most bedrooms. Phi Delt has a sick basement. Kappa Sig has a really small house. The Sig Chi house is pretty nice overall.

But, I don't think there really is a correct answer to your question.

The Chi Psi house is the biggest fraternity house in the state of Virginia if I'm not mistaken

The quality of the house/size etc doesn't matter at all. Some houses are mansions but pretttttty weird frats. Just go where your friends go- if you base your decision on the "structure" of the house I doubt you'll end up there...
