This isn't a rank of fraternities; this is a rank of who throws the best parties. I'm a freshman girl in a good sorority. I've been to parties at every frat. Here's my list:

1) Sigma Chi / Phi Delt / KA
2) Beta / Pi Phi / Phi Kap
3) SAE / Fiji
4) Pika / SigEp / Chi Psi

Sigma Chi and Phi Delt throw the best parties because a) they attract the most people b) they have many different houses c) they always have something good to drink. The KA guys are willing to do just about anything for a good time, so that's why I also ranked them high.

SAE's parties are a lot of fun, especially when they use hooterville, but they don't have enough parties and there's only beer pong and watching football games. It's just not that much fun from a girl's point-of-view.

I find it funny spe or chipsi are even mentioned in the same sentence with the word party, besides that it seems like an accurate list
