If you want to give adpi such a boost, I'd say maybe they surpassed theta with their new pc. Kappa and Delta still on top as they both targeted specific groups of girls from the beginning of the school year and basically got exactly who they wanted. Piphi's pc is arguably better than chio but only time well tell.
