First, lets accept the fact that all the girls at this school are mediocre looking at best with few exceptions.

Ranks and descriptions:
Kappa - Mostly southern and wealthy. Future stay at home moms.
Delta - Mostly mid-atlantic and northern. Fake blondes and spray tans, lots of athletes.

Adpi - Mostly kappa rejects. Diverse mix of girls, better PC than expected.
Theta - Used to be competitive with delta/kappa until this most recent PC, but still could be redeemed.

Chi O - Nice girls but boring.

Pi Phi - RIP
