top tier frats

Tier 1: Kappa Sig---Chi Psi
There are only two frats at the top now, one typically northern with lots of lacrosse players, Kappa Sig, one typically southern with few athletes, Chi Psi. Both are stellar and dominate the social scene and dictate where girls want to go party. Both throw large parties, like Bahamas and Toga, but still have semi- major events throughout the year that take the flow of social life to them. Both are great late night options, and the fraternities are very close to one another. Can't go wrong here.

Tier 2: Phi Delt---KA
Delt has had two basically irrelevant pledge classes, but their seniors are great. Shame they fell out of top 3. Monday nights are fun at Phi Delt, but other than that they don't throw many or that great of parties.
KA is the lone wolf, striving to make it on to Windfall hill any way they can. Racism forced them into probation, but they will still throw some huge parties when they get off. Tons of football players.

Tier 3: Beta---Sigma Chi---Phi Society
Social relevance for sure, but Beta and Sigma Chi are still below the rest. Phi Psi got kicked off but still have some big parties, mostly swimmers and baseball players. Will be more of a better option if they don't have to leave Sophs in the creek. Kind of rolling your dice with their parties. Beta has a definite draw, and Sig Chi throws some big-ish parties. Beta is very regional, Sig Chi is mostly northern, Phi Psi has lots of athletes that throw down at Munster.

Tier 4: Lambda---Guy Phi---Sigma Nu
Lambda, wish they had old house, academic.
Guy Phi, lots of football players, all over the place.
Snu, prestigious academic frat, Tuesday Night Pong is awesome.

Tier 5: Fiji---Pike
Fiji, wrestlers and other guys on the rise.
Pike, makes their living off of Red Square parties, odd.
