Every first year needs to rush Phi Delt. They are definitely the top frat on campus and are so far ahead of chi psi, kappa sig, sig chi, KA, and beta. Girls only want to hang out with Phi Delts and wouldn't be caught at those other mediocre frats. Don't let their extremely small pledge classes fool you, phi Delt isn't leaving campus soon and is the hottest place to be!
