Top tier:
Theta - most consistently well rounded girls - emerging on top because they've stayed out of the KKG/KD drama.
KD - hot and party, and that's it - will be interesting to see what happens now that they disaffiliated.
Kappa - less hot but party more - imploding since their disaffiliation was a fail.
Mid tier:
Chi O - nice girls, smart, plain, less fun
ADPi - can be random but known as nice, less fun
PiPhi - most random group, not partners, but good campus involvement and academics
There is no bottom tier at W&L. The admissions standards are so high it weeds out the losers.

As the drama with KD disaffiliating has completely changed the top tear, I won't even get to that. As for the other three:
ADPi
PiPhi/ChiO
ADPi had consistently gotten good pledge classes for the last few years now. They party a lot and have mixers with many if not all of the fraternities. At times they can be fake, and bid promise a lot. They also take wealth into consideration during recruitment. However, overall they seem to be a solid group. Definitely above Chi O.
Right now, Chi O and Pi Phi are kind of on an even playing field. Chi O has been seen, in the past, as the better sorority, with the type of girls you'd want to marry. However, the past few years have seen a lot of tensions between the "Chi"s and the "O"s. They're really involved in rush and also bid promise. They're past pledge class was alright, but they did not get the girls they wanted. Pi Phi, on the other hand, has begun to start acting like a real sorority. They actually tried in recruitment this year, and got a good pledge class. They don't have the sisterhood drama like that of Chi O, but could afford to go out more to keep their image up. However, at this point, it's impossible to choose between the two. Go with Pi Phi and you'll have a good sisterhood. Go with Chi O and people with think you're sweet. Regardless, ADPi is at the top of these three.
