Totally agree, if we are talking about the old Theta. PC ‘22 is a new breed. Pretty, yes. Smart, yes, they are at W&L. Nice, not really. They are just too thirsty for likes.

Theta 5 years ago, yes, solid #3 but they’ve been sliding downhill for years and hiding behind their “quirkiness”. This year, they hit rock bottom with a bunch of girls who want to be anywhere else. Time to figure out who the chapter is and rebuild, with no more bid-promising. It doesn’t work and isn’t a good look.

Kappa Alpha Theta - ΚΑΘ Sorority at Washington and Lee University - WLU 2.0 Dirty rushing and bid promising to a bunch of naive freshman just to backstab them for the kappa rejects. Theta has been loosing their original meaning over the years. What once was a unique group of girls is now a sorority based on looks and popularity. Majority of their pc is filled with girls who don’t even want to be there and cliquey friend groups. It’s really is sad what happened but I guess that’s what being too caught up in the social hierarchy does to you.

Kappa Alpha Theta - ΚΑΘ Sorority at Washington and Lee University - WLU 3.5 Theta could be a top notch sorority but it appears their focus has turned more in favor of being popular vs being different: “we aren’t afraid to stand out, to make a difference together. We are women supporting women, and we inspire one another to be our best selves.” You can’t really stand out when you drop prefs (you got 13 total) in favor of those that were dropped by Kappa and Delta. You merely just gained less dedicated, less-popular girls in favor of those that truly desired to live up to the mission, vision, and values of Theta. If they don’t change their rush tactics the sisters will continue to disaffiliate. They have to do better. So much promise, yet the last few years they have climbed down a few rings in the ladder.

Kappa Alpha Theta - ΚΑΘ Sorority at Washington and Lee University - WLU 3.4 Lots of athletes. Mixed group but they're alright. Have heard they can be brutal during rush. Pretty solid overall. Ask around because the comments are off on all of the groups IMO.
