Two groups in the sorority. One is attractive the other brings them down. The first group is definitely middle tier, not bottom. Just keep some girls out of the spotlight and y'all are a great time.

This is a great group of women on W&L's campus. They are definitely the most involved in meaningful activities, and they have a close bond as sisters. They may not party all the time, but that's because they know how to prioritize the more important things. They'll never be "top-tier" at W&L, but they sure aren't at the bottom.

The most genuine group of girls on campus that actually care about their sisterhood. Genuinely like each other and don't have factions within pledge classes like other sororities. Unfortunately they're plagued with a reputation from pledge classes long ago graduated, but working to change it. Very involved on campus, and overall a great group of girls.

pi phi girls are known for being "nice," down-to-earth, and involved... pretty much anyone would agree with that. like any sorority, there is a wide variety of girls - pi phi just seems to have the biggest range. a lot of them are fun, outgoing, and chill, while some are quieter and stay in more. all are perfectly nice and there are some really pretty girls. if you looked at the composites of the different sororities without, pi phi may not be the best-looking one, but they do hold their own.
