not even the marginally better-than-average pi phi sophomore pc can self-rank their way to the middle tier, although they seem to have lots of time to spend on GR since they spend so little time going out

They get better every year and have started mixing with more fraternities lately. Kind of hipster new pledge class who go out more than the rest of the sorority.

While Pi Phi will never be top tier at W&L, they definitely aren't bottom tier. Their recent pledge class is pretty good and in general, they are fun and chill girls and are very involved on campus.
