Sigma Chi - ΣΧ Fraternity at Washington and Lee University - WLU 1.8 Kind of exemplify middle tier. Haven't gotten a lot of good PCs lately and have that rep as the rich douchey kids who like to chain smoke. That's about it.

Sigma Chi - ΣΧ Fraternity at Washington and Lee University - WLU 3.4 Probably the best real estate of all fraternities. Don't throw many parties but the ones they do are a good time. A lot of strange members though. PC is small but quality guys, it will be interesting to see what they do in the next couple years.

Sigma Chi - ΣΧ Fraternity at Washington and Lee University - WLU 4.0 Sigma Chi is a very hard fraternity to rank. In terms of the members and their brotherhood, they should be middle tier. However, they have a ton of really fun annual parties and good houses like Upper Windfall, Pole 3, and King's Landing. Their sheer consistency with party quality and attendance, plus a cool sophomore class, barely pushes them into the top tier. The next pledge class will really determine if they stay there.
