Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at Washington and Lee University - WLU 2.0 definitely getting better but can't go from 0 to 60 just from one year of good rush. Sigma chi got 22 back in the day and followed it up by 2 years of horrible rush

Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at Washington and Lee University - WLU 4.5 Phi Psi killed rush this year and if youve been to their house this semester, you know they are ready for some killer parties this year. Definitely moving up to the top.

Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at Washington and Lee University - WLU 3.0 This site is retarded. No way is phi psi number one. Great pledge class, throws great parties, and great guys, but not top frat. Sure they may have moved into the big three this year, but no way top. Second, whoever the hell posted about Garrett is retarded. James Steel is obviously hotter than Garrett, any day of the week, and I'm a guy.

Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at Washington and Lee University - WLU 3.8 Phi psi isn't the best frat on campus, but it sure as hell isn't bottom tier. They did extremely well in rush, and throw good parties. I would give them top three, but like I said... Not sure about top frat.
