Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Washington and Lee University - WLU 4.2 Smaller pledge classes but consistently getting great guys. Always throwing cool parties and down for a good time. Mostly hang out with Skulls, KDs and Kappas. Fraternity full of athletes but plenty of NARPs to carry the weight when the athletes can't go out. Ignore the jealous and insecure beta and sigchi down ranks, the Delts are still top tier.

Smaller pledge classes but consistently getting great guys. Always throwing cool parties and down for a good time. Mostly hang out with Skulls, KDs and Kappas. Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Washington and Lee University - WLU 2.2 My dad told me Phi Delt was pretty cool back in his day, went around a couple times and realized these guys were not the guys my dad was talking about. No longer a top tier frat. They have to try and pick off guys from Beta, KA and Sig Chi and have failed horribly as of late.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Washington and Lee University - WLU 2.4 Phi delt used to hang pretty exclusively with top tier girls, except now those girls are going other places like kappa sig, chi psi, sig chi, etc. They tried to fix the problem by filling the gap with bottom tier girls (which was not surprisingly a failure). Pair that with consecutive poor pledge classes. It's hard to even make the argument that these guys are top 5 anymore.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Washington and Lee University - WLU 3.2 They've definitely been on the decline in my 3 years here. They're still a good frat, but are increasingly hanging out with and dating lower tier sorority girls, and this definitely shows in their recent pledge classes. Gone are the years of phi delt dominance. They're definitely not top 3 anymore, and soon may not even be top of red square anymore. Phi delt is still in a strong position and can rebound for sure if they can fix the sororities that associate themselves with.
