Most Pi Phis are nice enough but a few of them are so desperate to prove they are not at the bottom of the heap that they’ll do anything to make themselves feel better than another person, including bashing their own sisters, as if there are tiers within their own chapter. Loads of girls transfer or drop after going Pi Phi, not because of W and L but because of the lack of sisterhood. It’s sad that fraternities won’t mix with them and guys won’t even go to their formal.
