how much time does greek life take up?

I wanna be committed to a sorority in college if I get a bid, but I also wanna try to go home to New Orleans every other weekend. Should I still try and rush?

Yes! You will still be able to be committed even if you go home a lot! Lots of girls do but after a while you will fall in love with your sorority and not want to go home as much :)
