Very honest rating of IC, there is essentially zero Greek life, there is one off campus frat that is super weird. In order to have fun here you have to either be on a sports team (football,lax,soccer) or have a fake to get into the bars in the commons. And even then this place is incredibly mid. The weather is depressing and half the student body is music kids. If you want a state school vibe or frat experience. I’d look elsewhere.

Greek Life is banned from campus at IC but they are still very involved in off campus parties and events.

Ithaca College does not recognized Greek Life and has banned it from on-campus recruiting or events. Efforts over the past decade to get IC to recognize Greek Life have failed.
