If you know anything about recruitment, you know that isn’t true. There is more to it than just that. Legacies, GPAs, dropping girls too soon. And maybe they took it for granted that they would have the highest return so they didn’t work as hard. That was their mistake. There is a reason the girls that chose pi phi over them did so. Could it be that 2 of the group were dropped by chi o and then they made the whole group follow. I’m guessing this is a pi phi because EVERYONE knows how much drama you have in your house and you would be the only ones catty enough to post on here. Enjoy your new recruits.

Exactly, a lot more goes into recruitment than just girls picking a sorority to join. The houses also vote on girls. Not every girl is ment to join every sorority, so it could be there were a lot of girls Chi Omega did not want. Or there could’ve been more girls who fit better in another sorority and that is fine! Numbers mean nothing. It’s all about retention.
