Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at Valparaiso University - VALPO 1.7 They lie to freshmen about turning them into alpha males so they can trick as many guys as possible into funding their book club. Then they kick half of those guys out so they can maintain a high average GPA so they can get awards from the university and their headquarters. Rinse and repeat.
