They lie to freshmen about turning them into alpha males so they can trick as many guys as possible into funding their book club. Then they kick half of those guys out so they can maintain a high average GPA so they can get awards from the university and their headquarters. Rinse and repeat.

Very awesome men! Wish that they could throw parties again - those were the highlight of my freshman year. Great greek unity at those events

Very strong internally, I think their last two pledge classes have brought them from a strong mid-tier to top two or so. Especially because they don't exclusively hang out with Lambda Chis like they did around 3-4 years ago. They are very social with all the other houses now!
