This house has honorable reasons for not being part of KD national. Contrary to what other reviewers have posted, this also puts this house at greater risk for being banned as they have no national chapter to hide behind if they were to get in trouble. These girls are extremely involved on campus and in the community while also knowing how to have a great time and work hard.

This house tends to talk bad about all the other houses.

This house is amazing and full of girls who truly love each other.

This is the house that a lot of girls want during recruitment, but once they're in slowly begin to resent. Kappa changes girls. I've seen really sweet girls become catty and rude. This house is not for everyone, since most people can't handle it. It is still one of the top houses at SLU despite the declining number of members. They're the second smallest house after Chi O.

This is the house for the girl who likes to party hard at night and then work hard during the day. I've seen KDS girls at the bar getting super drunk, but the next morning manage to appear put together. I think that sometimes those girls put too much of an emphasis on their social lives rather than sisterhood, but at least they make an effort to participate in philanthropy and community service events.

They are the least desirable sorority on campus. HOWEVER, that doesn't mean they don't have a great sisterhood or don't participate in any community service events. They have one of the stronger sisterhoods on campus. They struggle with recruitment because they only listen to their national rep and end up doing recruitment completely differently than the other houses which ends up making them look out of touch. I think that if they fixed the way they do it, they'd be able to get more girls.

Chi O is definitely the least desirable house on campus. They have issues with numbers. This is due in part to the house being filled with resentful girls who wanted, and did not receive bids to KDS. In addition, there are also a handful of girls who are honestly quite mean! This being said, there are some really nice girls who enjoy their time there, and for them the house deserves more recruits of higher quality. I expect better things from them next year after the '13 class graduates.

I feel that they type of girl for whom Delta selects has changed dramatically over the last four years on campus. Sure, they have gotten prettier, but they have also become more dramatic, cruel, and rude. Still a very desirable house, nonetheless.

I feel it impossible to classify one fraternity over the other when they offer such a different group of guys. Nonetheless, many Betas seem fake and conniving. Weird mix of guys, although many are- and in some cases where the GPAs can bring up the overall, only appear to be- extremely wealthy.
