Delta Phi Epsilon - ΔΦΕ Sorority at Tennessee Technological University - TTU 2.9 Really enjoyed their philanthropy this week and a couple of the newer girls are really inclusive and talked to everyone there. I think they’re gonna be top tier in a few years, if they keep getting members like that!!
