Pi Kappa Alpha - ΠΚΑ Fraternity at Tennessee Technological University - TTU 1.0 Ok as said below theses might be nice guys not really for sure, but to say they are even close to top teir at tech is a joke. Low membership no involvement on campus and almost always come in last 3 in sports, and all other greek competitive events. Sorry but to be top ypu have to be more than nice guys.
