Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Tennessee Technological University - TTU 2.8 Phi Delta Theta is a very underrated Fraternity. They aren't a big Fraternity and they aren't full of super outgoing guys, so they are automatically labeled as bottom tier. I've gotten to know many of these guys, and they are actually really wonderful people! They care more about their brotherhood than their social status, which I admire.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Tennessee Technological University - TTU 2.0 They're really good at sports but that's about it. I've been to their house a few occasions and every time I get creeped out and leave.
