Let's be honest ever since they burnt their house down they haven't had a chance. A few good guys. A lot of douches. Put them in the same category as Sig ep

If you want a massive chapter, Phi Delt probably isn't the place for you. But if you're wanting to join a great group of guys, Phi Delt is definitely the top choice for that. In my 4 years at Tech, I've only met one I didn't like. Most of them aren't your typical "frat guy", which is honestly a plus. They don't throw massive 200+ people parties all the time, but the ones they do have are pretty great.

If you're wanting to be involved with University run events, FIJI is a good spot for you. They're super active with things Tech runs, but in case you haven't realized yet, anything sanctioned by the University is pretty lame. Their actual party life & brotherhood is bottom tier at best, if not nonexistent. But if you want a good boy star on your report card from the University, you've found home.

Top tier, solid group that are not your typical frat dudes. They've went downhill from what they used to be around 2008 or so and until they get a good pledge class I don't see that changing.

Who is Phi Delta? If you know anything about the Greek community at TN Tech you'll know that these guys keep to themselves.

You really can't argue with their track record, good GPA, they win tons of things, and seem to be involved around campus. Still top tier.

They have potential to be a good fraternity but they only care about drinking and winning intramurals. The brotherhood is awful because they give bids to anyone just to get numbers. And I'm sure you heard about their little incident last year. Definitely go check out the other houses.
