They by far have the nicest house on campus but only because they decided to burn down their old one. Rumor is they are in major debt and are struggling to pay it off. However all the girls suck them off because of their nice house. They are more irritating than fun to me. They are the "touch me and my dad will sue you" guys on campus for sure. Other than that not too bad of guys and they seem to care for what they stand for.

GREAT guys for the most part. Every time I've been there they welcome me with open arms. Really are known as the "good boys" on campus. Very smart guys and have a decent amount of members. House is very old and in need of improvement however I give them a 6/10

They have a large house and a lot of members but all that comes from blanket bids. If you walk into their house during rush youre pretty much guaranteed a bid. Lots of members but have bad morals. Have heard too many stories of "VIP" rooms and girls getting creeped on by weird guys. Have fun parties but are not safe at all

Went from 10-12 to 21-25 members and seem to be making a name for themselves with 3rd in anchor splash and 4th in homecoming. Great parties but still safe.
